REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

First buyer will send the product which he/she want to replacement their own end and paid shipping charges. and we received the product at our whorehouse we will refund shipping charges.

No there no any other charges or hidden charges except delivery charges in Pakistan.

If your replacement is invalid we don’t exchanged the product. and non-refundable shipping cost. product sent back to the buyer again and buyer sent shipping cost again for invalid reason of the product.

Flowing reason for invalid
  • Products has no faulty or defective
  • Product working fine
  • Product has all freebies and accessories
  • Product correct sent and match description
  • Buyer changed his/her Mind
  • Buy no longer needed the product
  • Product has no original slip.
  • Product’s sticker removed or tore which is pasted on the product as name of Tool Shop.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable
  • Product sent return back to buyer
  • buyer have to paid again shipping cost for return back because reason is not valid. product will not be sent until buyer sent shipping cost.

Exchange Conditions
  • Products that are faulty or defected
  • Buyer contact though whatapp with order no & images of the product.
  • Product should not be used.
  • Products once used cannot be exchanged.
  • Product must be original condition.
  • Product’s should be have all accessories with box
  • Product cannot be exchanged without our shop original invoice or slip.
  • Products delivered may not be refunded. only exchanged.
  • Buyer must be send product their own end
  • Buyer must be bear shipping cost.
  • Shipping cost refundable with next replacement product
